When to go

Throughout the year visitors to Antigua can enjoy daytime temperatures of around 30°C combined with a gentle sea breeze, perfect for enjoying the pristine beaches. Antigua enjoys even less rainfall than the majority of the Caribbean.

The driest months in Antigua are November through to April, offering plentiful sunshine and little rainfall.

The wettest months in Antigua are October through to December, with these months seeing the majority of the country's annual rainfall. Hurricane season spans from June to November. A direct hit is extremely unlikely, more commonly Antigua may feel the effects of a hurricane's outlying bands, bringing with it clouds, strong winds and heavy rain.
