Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort and Spa

The Pier at Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort & Spa is not available after damage from the heavy storm.  We have moved the speedboat transfer service to Ban Tai Pier where is about 30 minute drive away.

We have been told by the outsourcing company about the final time frame to construct the permanent Pier commencing in another 3 more weeks to go and it will be last by 31 May 2024.

There will be noise disturbance for 22 days from 28.04 - 21.05 approximately affecting the Villa in Zone 3 which we will moved all guests to another Zone on the other side where is less noise or more quiet.  

In the meantime, we will continue changing the Wooden terrace to Tile terrace together with renovating the wooden roofs of 9 Pool Villas which all are located on the top of the hill from 17.04 - 15.07 during Low Season in order to be ready for the next high season in mid of July 2024.

Room assignment:           Rooms/Villas will be assigned far away from the renovation zone to minimize the noise disturbance
