    • Drive the Icefields Parkway through the Rocky Mountains
    • Cycle along Vancouver’s scenic waterfront
    • Wine by the lake in the Okanagan Valley

Day 1

UK to Vancouver

Spend a night in Vancouver to rest after the long flight from the UK. This attractive city offers plenty of dining options for your first night in Canada from sophisticated roof top restaurants to fun and friendly brew pubs.

Day 2

Vancouver to Okanagan Lake Provincial Park

Collect your motorhome and begin your adventure. Before long the road will start to rise as you climb into the mountains and enter the Thompson Okanagan region. Famed for its diverse geography and climates, this fascinating region is home to the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, a waterfall twice the height of Niagara Falls and Canada’s only desert.

Day 3

Okanagan Lake Provincial Park

Spend a day enjoying the delights of the Okanagan. The area is a haven for food and wine lovers with hillsides covered in boutique vineyards and restaurants cooking up a storm with locally sourced ingredients. Back at the campsite enjoy a refreshing dip in the lake and lie in the sun on the sandy beach before kicking back and enjoying the evening outside your motorhome.

Day 4

Okanagan Lake Provincial Park to Revelstoke

The picturesque town of Revelstoke is nestled in the Monashee Mountains and surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Take a trip in the gondola for spectacular vistas, hike through wildflower meadows or play a round of golf at Revelstoke’s spectacular 18-hole course.

Day 5

Revelstoke to Lake Louise

Today’s journey is truly spectacular as you travel through 3 national parks: Mt. Revelstoke National Park, Glacier National Park and Yoho National Park. Finish the day in the heart of the Rockies at the world-famous Lake Louise, where your campground is just 4km from the lake itself.

Day 6

Lake Louise

Today can be as relaxing or exciting as you wish. Head to the azure blue waters of Lake Louise and rent a kayak, or go for a drink at the imposing Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Alternatively head into the town of Banff where you can pick up a souvenir or catch the gondola up the mountain for incredible Rocky Mountain views.

Day 7

Lake Louise to Jasper

Set off early to make the most of one of the world’s most scenic drives: the Icefields Parkway. The road is dwarfed by immense scenery from the snow-capped peaks to the expansive lakes and the verdant pine forest that spreads further than the eye can see. Make a stop at the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre where you can join a tour onto the Athabasca Glacier before rejoining the road and continuing to Jasper.

Day 8

The mountain town of Jasper offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere as well as easy access to the national park of the same name. From your doorstep you can venture into the wilds for a walk as easy or advanced as you wish. Wildlife abounds in this remote part of Alberta so keep your camera ready for a shot of the elusive black bears, grizzly bears, coyotes and beavers.

Day 9

Jasper to Clearwater

Another incredibly scenic drive starts you on the return journey westward and delivers you to the town of Clearwater. At the entrance to the Wells Gray Provincial Park, this small town provides a great base from which to visit the local sights such as beautiful Helmcken Falls.

Day 10

Clearwater to Whistler

Make your final descent out of the Rocky Mountains, cross British Columbia’s farming region then rise again into the Coast Mountains before arriving at the year-round resort town of Whistler.

Day 11

With a fun, friendly and pedestrianised centre Whistler is a great place to relax and unwind. Spend a few hours in the pools and saunas of the nearby Scanidave Spa or head up one last mountain in search of adventure. Mountain biking is a popular summer pastime here but don’t worry, the gondola is in place to get you to the top so you only have to ride the bike down.

Day 12

Whistler to Vancouver

Descend back to sea level via the scenic Sea to Sky Highway and return your motorhome to the Cruise Canada depot in Vancouver before heading to the airport for your flight home.
