You’ll next stop at Banteay Srei, a 10th century pink sandstone temple and the ancient Ta Prohm Monastery, nicknamed the ‘Jungle Temple’ due to the roots that have woven their way through the stonework. Preah Khan and Ankor Thom

Travel by tuk-tuk to the northern end of the Temples of Angkor. Spend time exploring the Preah Khan and Neak Pean temples, before continuing on to the 12th century Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda temples, famed for their depictions of the Hindu gods Shiva and Vishnu. The afternoon sees you visit the ‘Great City’ or Angkor Thom, the Elephant Terrace and the raised Leper King Terrace, built in the 12th century and featuring beautifully sculpted Asparas. Phnom Penh
