Best at Travel Virgin and One&Only Competition:

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The prize is four nights in Dubai for two, including the following:

  • Four nights at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai on a Bed & Breakfast basis
  • Return Economy flights with Virgin Atlantic

To enter the competition, post a photo of your favourite travel companion as a comment on our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram competition post and tell us why they’re so much fun to travel with, using the hashtag #mytravelbestie. Entries submitted via other routes will not be valid. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions:

  • The prize is strictly subject to availability of Virgin Atlantic flights and accommodation at One&Only Royal Mirage
  • The prize must be used by 30 November 2017 and is not valid for travel during the Easter holiday and October Half Term.
  • The prize is open to UK residents only and at least one member of the travelling party must be over 18 years of age.
  • The prize is not open to employees and close relatives of Best at Travel, Virgin Atlantic and One&Only Resorts.
  • All entries must be received by 11:59PM (GMT) on 13 February 2017. All entries received after the closing time will not be valid.
  • All eligible entries shall be entered into the competition and the winner shall be selected at lunchtime on 14 February 2017 by Virgin Atlantic cabin crew who will choose the winner according to the following criteria:
  • - How creative the entry is
    - How entertaining the entry is
  • Virgin Atlantic’s decision regarding the selection of the winner is final.
  • The winner shall be notified within 14 days of the winner being selected using the social media platform through which the winning entry was submitted or via email, once the winner has provided their contact email as part of the prize fulfillment process.
  • If Virgin Atlantic is unable to contact a winner in accordance with the above, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected from the original entries.
  • Only one entry per person across all social platforms will be permitted. Multiple entries will be counted as one entry.
  • Details of the holiday are for guidance only and are subject to change without notice with no liability arising.
  • The prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash value.
  • Airport transfers are not included and are for the winner’s own account.
  • Items not included which are the responsibility of the winner include 20 Dirham tourism tax per room per night, any meals and drinks not specified, travel insurance, visas, any additional travel, personal expenses and all other expenses not mentioned herein. All travellers must have sufficient resources to meet any financial commitments, without limitation, which may incur in connection with the prize beyond those included in the prize itself.
  • The winner and all travellers must comply with the terms and conditions of the airline and other transportation involved in the competition.
  • The winner and all travellers must hold valid passports valid for at least 6 months after date of departure.
  • Passport control reserves the right to refuse entry. If you are refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, any additional costs incurred will be your sole responsibility.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • Best at Travel reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

  • The competition is by no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. All entries must comply with the Facebook Terms of Use, the Facebook Code of Conduct, the Instagram Terms of Use, the Twitter Terms of Service, the Twitter Rules and any other relevant terms or policies in operation from time to time.
