Only a one-hour direct flight from Victoria Falls to Bumi Hills landing strip, this wildlife gem is perched on a hill overlooking Lake Kariba and the game-rich shoreline. The Zambezi River was dammed over 50 years ago to form one of the world’s largest man-made lakes which means Bumi Hills Safari Lodge also offers the added luxury of water activities. Enjoy wildlife cruises, fishing for Tigerfish and waterside safaris. Guests can look forward to guided walks and cultural village tours or the brave can even join the rangers on an anti-pouching patrol. 

Bumi Hills’ signature infinity pool is one of its most favourite and memorable features. Enjoy a dip in the pool with panoramic views of Lake Kariba with drinks within easy reach at the terrace bar. Dining consists of continental cuisine with an African twist and meals are served in the al-fresco restaurant or
alternatively, bush meals can be arranged. Guests can choose to fly into the camp with both daily charter and scheduled flights available between Bumi Hills and Victoria Falls, Harare, Kariba, Mana Pools and Hwange.

    The 14 luxury residences are3 perfectly situated right on the edge of the ridge giving guests a breath-taking panoramic vista from the private balcony. Each air conditioned room is equipped with a minibar, hair dryer, tea station, electronic safe, wifi access and a solar heated walk-in shower and separate bath tub. Inter-leading rooms with walkways between the parent's and children's rooms are also available.
