At The Crest, it is all about fine dining, innovative flavour fusions and plates of food which are themselves true works of art. This is high-end, experimental cuisine with inspiration taken from across the globe, and it works! Poolside Hue Restaurant is a little more laidback though the menu just as refined, with hypnotic plates of fresh seafood and exquisite cocktails being of particular note here. Then, for those unforgettably romantic moments, the same incredible cuisine can be savoured either in your villa, or under candlelight on the beach; bliss.
