Head to the night markets to sample local street food and sit down to dim sum, where you’ll be served a number of different dishes, at nearly any time of the day and only pay for what you eat. Being so close to the water, there’s an abundance of seafood dishes – we recommend trying boo nim paht pong karee, a curry made from soft shell crab.
