IMPORTANT ERRATA INFORMATION RELATING TO UAE TRAVEL

Thank you for choosing to visit the UAE. As many parts of the Middle East region begin to welcome back visitors following the recent period of FCDO travel advice, hotels across the destination are gradually increasing operations in line with returning demand and ongoing planning.

All hotels remain open and committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. During this transitional period, some facilities, such as selected restaurants, spa services, kids’ clubs or pool areas, may occasionally operate on revised schedules or be temporarily unavailable. These adjustments may vary throughout your stay and are managed by each property according to occupancy levels, staffing and any enhancement work taking place.

Core accommodation services will continue to be provided at all times, with any operational changes handled directly by the hotel in line with their service standards.

As travel demand continues to rebuild, hotels will refine and expand their offerings where possible. Service levels and facility availability may differ between properties and may be introduced or adjusted gradually. As such, hotel operations, facilities and service availability remain subject to change.
