Day 1: Amboseli National Park

Arrive in Nairobi & Transfer to Amboseli National Park

Once you arrive in Nairobi, the Kenyan capital, you will be greeted by an executive meet-and-assist service before transferring in a private vehicle to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Amboseli National Park.

Known as the ‘Land of Giants’, Amboseli lies dominated by the towering, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, a dormant volcano and the highest peak across the African continent. The park is also notable for its stunning diversity of wildlife; while famous for the large herds of elephant which roam its grassland plains and swamps, Amboseli is also inhabited by numerous iconic species including giraffe, zebra, cheetah, buffalo and lion, as well as hundreds of bird species.

Once you arrive at your luxurious lodge, you can spend some time relaxing and soaking up the breathtaking scenery of the Kenyan wilderness. Then, in the afternoon, you’ll head out on your first game drive to encounter the park’s varied wildlife before returning to the lodge for a sumptuous dinner beneath a canopy of stars.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

Game Drives in Amboseli National Park

Wake up to the serene majesty of Mount Kilimanjaro veiled by the golden haze of morning before enjoying a full day of exploring Amboseli National Park.

Begin with a morning game drive to experience the park’s vast open plains which teem with all manner of species before visiting Observation Hill for stunning panoramic vistas of the park’s swamps, home to hippos and a plethora of birdlife.

After returning to the lodge for a restorative lunch, you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon before heading out for another game drive in the evening. As the sun sets, the park becomes a spellbinding scene as the sprawling grasslands lie encased in a golden hue, the silhouettes of elephants lumbering across the grassland creating a vivid picture. You’ll then return to the lodge for dinner and an evening of relaxation and reflection beside a crackling fire.
