The Lanzerac Manor & Winery is located on a private working wine estate in the world-famous Jonkers-hoek Valley surrounded by the dramatic Helderberg mountains. The Manor House and out-buildings are 300 years old and now house the hotel's 48 guest rooms, restaurants, bar, lounge and facilities. The estate boasts 10 hectares of award-winning land-scaped gardens - featuring numerous ancient oaks, some over 160 years old. Situated in the centre of the famous South African wine producing areas of Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek and Somerset West. The hotel is convenient to golf and the beaches of the Strand, Gordon’s Bay and Cape Town. (From 20 to 70 minutes.) Approx. 25 min to Cape Town International Airport and 40 mins to Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront.

  • The Governors Hall Restaurant:
  • Main á la carte restaurant - seats 60 people.
  • Serves: Full breakfast including buffet, á la carte lunch, International buffet (Sundays only) 'A la carte dinner.
  • Dress: Casual during the day and smart/casual during dinner only 

    • Lanzerac Terrace:
  • Casual shaded terrace - seats 70 people.
  • Full bar services, Light snacks, 'A la carte al fresco lunch, Light snacks and 'A la carte al fresco dinner.
