A traditional safari camp, Olakira Camp in Tanzania’s Serengeti, has no permanent structure, breaking camp twice a year to following the annual wildebeest migration. Enjoy bush breakfasts, bucket showers and excellent game viewing on morning and afternoon game drives.

Enjoy the nomadic romance of a traditional safari camp with a stay at Olakira Camp in Tanzania. Travelling across the Serengeti, this intimate camp follows the wildebeest migration across the Serengeti, spending summer months in the south and heading north in the winter. An exceptional wilderness experience, guests can expect year-round sightings of lion, leopard and wildebeest, spotting black rhino in the north and the rare African wild dog when in the south. Expert guides take morning and afternoon game drives and at certain times of the year visits to a local school or marketplace of the Kurai people.

    Dining
