Built in 2006, Somalisa has since been refurbished and offers upgraded accommodation and complete luxury. The core values of excellent service, guiding and hospitality remain true to the resort and promise a truly unforgettable safari holiday. A choice of just seven Sail Tents await, with both indoor and outdoor showers and a copper-style bathtub. 

The lodge consists of a split-level deck with a separate lounge and dining area with exquisite views. Spend your days relaxing in the splash pool overlooking the Elephant Pool – a watering hole where an abundance of game gather to drink. There is plenty to keep you busy during your stay at Somalisa Camp, such as exciting guided walks and game drives lead by qualified guides that will 
share their love and passion for the bush. Other options include night drives where you can head out into the bush to spot nocturnal animals by torchlight.

    Elegantly furnished Sail Tents with gauze sliding doors, a glass wood-burner fireplace for the cold winter nights, and an overhead fan for the hot summer days, each tent has en suite bathroom facilities including an indoor and outdoor shower, as well as a copper slipper-style bathtub.
