Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth has been recently unveiled after a multi-million-dollar refurbishment, to offer the latest state-of-the-art features for visitors to Montreal. It has been one of the pillars of Quebec’s hospitality scene since the 1950’s, its most famous guest being John Lennon who recorded ‘Give peace a chance’ in suite 1742; though Queen Elizabeth has also checked in a handful of times, too.

The Queen Elizabeth Fairmont adopts a unique approach to its culinary offering, aiming to be at the absolute forefront of Montreal’s dining options, while making each of their highly-regarded eating and drinking spaces open to the general public, not only hotel guests. The result is a buzzing fusion of culinary influences, cocktails and world-class coffee, served in restaurants/cafés which hold their own against any of Montreal’s best. The main event, Rosélys evening menu, is a wondrous mix of French and British-influenced dishes, with a classic Canadian twist and the flair of the hotel’s in-house chef.
