The five star Fairmont Chateau Whistler is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. The hotel combines classic elegance in a modern alpine setting. Each of the hotel’s 550 rooms has village or mountain views and a host of modern amenities including WiFi and air conditioning. Guests can dine in a variety of restaurants serving a range of cuisine from deli-style food to fine dining. There is an 18-hole golf course, health club with swimming pools and a Vida spa.

Dining 

  • The Wildflower – family friendly restaurant serving locally-inspired and classic dishes. Open for breakfast and dinner. Reservations recommended. 

  • The Grill Room – fine dining restaurant focusing on chops, steak and seafood. Open for dinner. 

  • Portobello Market & Bakery – deli-style food including sandwiches, soups and pastries. Open for breakfast and lunch (dinner from July – September). 

  • The Chalet – alpine food and fondue. Open 6pm – 9.30pm (mid-December to mid-March).

  • Clubhouse Terrace – located by the golf course. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (May to September). 
  • The Mallard Lounge & Terrace –serves light meals, cocktails and hosts live nightly entertainment. Open 11am – 12am (Sunday to Wednesday) and 11am – 1am (Friday – Saturday).
