The area in which this hotel is located has been known to be affected by the natural phenomenon called 'Sargassum Seaweed'. If this occurs, the hotel work very hard to minimise the effects on the beach areas but swimming in the sea and some facilities may be affected. At times there may be visible presence of machinery in the affected areas to minimise the effects of the seaweed on the beach.
