The five star Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is located on the widest stretch of the famous Seven Mile beach in the Cayman Islands. Set over 144 acres of beachfront, the resort offers a wide range of water sports including kayaking, snorkelling, sailing and eco-excursions such as sunset cruises and scuba diving. There are a total of 375 rooms and suites, all with private balconies or terraces, 24 hour in room dining and luxury bath products. Guests can choose from five on site dining options and children under 5 years old dine for free at selected restaurants. The hotel is four miles from Owen Robert’s International Airport (just a 60 minute flight from Miami).

Dining 

  • Blue by Eric Ripert – fixed price tasting menus, a la carte dining and a wide range of cocktails and wines. Please note: this restaurant will be closed from 28 August – 16 November 2016. 

  • Andiamo – al fresco Italian cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner (closed Wednesdays from 18 May – 3 November 2016). 

  • Seven – offers a wide menu. Open for breakfast, dinner and Sunday brunch. 

  • Taikun – serves sushi from sashimi to tempura rolls. Open for dinner (closed Thursday from 19 May – 24 August 2016). 

  • Bar Jack – casual menu. Open from 10am – 7pm. 
  • Silver Palm – offers a wide range of beverages from Caribbean-inspired cocktails, to spirits and wines, along with daily afternoon tea. Entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Open 10am – 1am (Sunday to Friday) and 10am – 12am (Saturday).
