The hotel is located in the Chilean Lake District on the edge of the town of Puerto Varas. The hotel is an ideal base from where to explore the surrounding lakes and snow capped volcanoes. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar, while there is also a spa with a heated indoor swimming pool and a small gym.
