Vancouver to Whistler
Pick up your car and make the easy 2 hour drive north along the famous Sea to Sky Highway to
the mountain town of Whistler. This scenic journey follows the dramatic coast of the Howe Sound before ascending into the mountains. Strike out into the surrounding scenery and discover why Whistler is a hiker’s paradise. With the Peak to Peak Gondola open throughout the summer it is easy to access 2 mountains and the huge area of wilderness that covers them. Whistler to Victoria
Head back down the mountain to Horseshoe Bay in time for your ferry crossing to Departure Bay, Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island. From there it is a scenic drive south to the island’s capital, Victoria. Sit back and soak up Victoria’s grand colonial architecture. Enjoy high tea at the Empress and later take a stroll through the Butchart Gardens. With quiet roads it is easy to explore this ruggedly beautiful island where an immense variety of flora and fauna abound.
