The fashionable OKU Kos is part adults-only beach resort, part ‘oriental-style’ wellness escape on the island’s northern coastline, just a 20-minute drive from the attractions of Kos Town. Designed in natural stone and bamboo, wooden struts, thatched roofs, and no shortage of palm trees, shrubs and carefully placed plants set the scene here. It doesn’t take long to submit to the serenity once you arrive.

About OKU Kos

OKU Kos aims for paired back luxury, and it works. To look at, the resort is all earthy hues, stonework and plant-life populating the outdoor spaces, while reclaimed wooden furniture, low-slung fixtures and wicker furnishings occupy the minimalist rooms and suites. Add in an architectural style that replicates traditional Greek housing, a private beach and semi-open-air sea-view beach club, and OKU Kos feels at one with the island’s sandy coastline. The facilities on offer here are quality though intentionally sparse, too. There’s a magnificently natural signature spa and gym, outdoor areas for yoga and Pilates, a beautiful outdoor pool and surrounding terrace, and stretch of private beach with daybeds and loungers. New Schengen entry requirements

From October 2025, the new EU Entry/Exit System (EES) started for all non-EU nationals, including British nationals, travelling in or out of the Schengen area. The Schengen area is made up of 29 European countries, 25 of which are EU Member States. The EES is a digital border system which registers non-EU visitors travelling into the Schengen area instead of stamping their passports.

You will need to have your fingerprints and your photo taken when entering the Schengen area. If you enter the Schengen area through Dover, Eurotunnel at Folkestone or St Pancras International, your fingerprints and photo will be taken before you leave the UK. You will also need to provide either your fingerprint or photo on exit.

You may experience longer queues at borders when the new system starts.

We cannot accept responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.

The Greek Government has introduced the Climate Resilience Tax, payable locally upon check-out by the customer. This tax does not form part of your holiday package as we are not able to collect this at time of booking.
