Each villa comes with its own mix of either an outdoor Jacuzzi or private infinity pool, furnished terrace and private sun loungers. The decor scheme is modern though anything but clinical, as despite clean lines, whitewash walls and edgy artworks, each space is filled with supremely comfortable furniture, dashes of colour and installations made from polished, reclaimed wood. There are various villas to choose from, with the main differences being their layout and size, ranging from two to six bedrooms, some with huge separate lounge and dining areas, private gardens and those all-important views aplenty.

Hotel Updates

New Schengen entry requirements

From October 2025, the new EU Entry/Exit System (EES) started for all non-EU nationals, including British nationals, travelling in or out of the Schengen area. The Schengen area is made up of 29 European countries, 25 of which are EU Member States. The EES is a digital border system which registers non-EU visitors travelling into the Schengen area instead of stamping their passports.

You will need to have your fingerprints and your photo taken when entering the Schengen area. If you enter the Schengen area through Dover, Eurotunnel at Folkestone or St Pancras International, your fingerprints and photo will be taken before you leave the UK. You will also need to provide either your fingerprint or photo on exit.

You may experience longer queues at borders when the new system starts.

Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility, and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We cannot accept responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.

The Greek Government has introduced the Climate Resilience Tax, payable locally upon check-out by the customer. This tax does not form part of your holiday package as we are not able to collect this at time of booking.
