Felix – located on the 28th floor with views over the city, this restaurant serves modern European cuisine using seasonal ingredients; open from 5.30PM – 1.30AM (please note children under 12 are not permitted)

Spring Moon – serves Cantonese cuisine with specialities including dim sum, seafood and the secret-recipe XO sauce; open for lunch and dinner

The Verandah – first opened in 1933, the restaurant offers a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner; cakes and sandwiches served in the afternoon

The Lobby – offers an a la carte menu of Continental and Southeast Asian dishes and a daily afternoon tea; open for breakfast, lunch and dinner
