Upon your arrival in Nairobi, you will be greeted at the airport by a local representative. After a short briefing, you will then depart by road in a private vehicle, driving through the stunning landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and into the sprawling savanna wilderness of the Maasai Mara, home to some of the African continent’s most iconic wildlife including the coveted ‘Big Five’ species.
When you arrive at your accommodation, you’ll sit down for a delicious lunch before heading out on your first unforgettable safari game drive in the afternoon, exploring the teeming plains of the savanna and its wealth of wildlife.

Over the next two days, you’ll embark on both morning and evening game drives through the reserve for the opportunity to observe the Maasai Mara’s abundant wildlife, including prides of lions, lumbering elephants and, if visiting between July and October, one of nature’s greatest spectacles: the Great Migration.
During this incredible natural event, millions-strong herds of wildebeest, zebra and other herbivores thunder across the savanna plains in search of greener pastures, with the Maasai Mara’s fearsome predators in hot pursuit.

The park also hosts one of the largest black rhino concentrations in the country as well as substantial numbers of white rhino. Additionally, you can spot a variety of other fascinating species throughout the park such as giraffe, zebra, buffalo, lion, leopard and various species of primate.
