Oman Food & Drink

Luxury Oman holidays are incomplete without sampling some of the divine local cuisine on offer, whether that's dining on the move or relaxing in your resort after a hard day's exploring. The country's cuisine is influenced by a variety of Asian dishes, including rich mixtures of spices, herbs, marinades and meats, and you'll find a number of dishes that vary in taste and intensity.
