As part of its continued commitment to exceptional service and sustainability, the resort will be introducing

  the Pine Cliffs Facility Fee,effective from March 01, 2025.

This will cover a variety of enhanced amenities across all areas of the resort.

The Facility Fee is to be settled Directly by the guests Upon Check-Out and is Mandatory - charges will be as follows, per accommodation per night:

            Pine Cliffs Hotel: 15.00 EUR

Pine Cliffs Residence, Ocean Suites, Suites, Gardens, 

Deluxe Townhouses and Terraces: 20.00 EUR

Pine Cliffs Villas – 25.00 EUR

  The Facility Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following offerings:

            Complimentary access to beach sunbeds and shading 

             (subject to availability)

Complimentary in-resort e-shuttle

Complimentary in-resort parking

Complimentary room service delivery throughout the resort

Complimentary wi-fi throughout the Resort

Complimentary newspapers and magazine through Press Reader

Complimentary Mini-Golf in the Porto Pirata kids club

Exclusive discounts on Porto Pirata daycare services

First aid / nursing assistance daycare services

Free access to all outdoor resort pools regardless of the property clients have booked.

Free access to the internal heated pool & remaining facilities (Located in the Pine Cliffs Hotel)

  In addition, the facility fee also includes 10% discount in the following services;

The Zest restaurant  

Active by Serenity group gym classes

Retail products at the Serenity – The Art of Wellbeing Spa

Retail products at the Pine Cliffs golf shop

In-resort mini-market (seasonal offer)

In-resort Wines&Co Shop
