The award-winning Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah is a distinguished 5-star resort of 466 lavishly appointed rooms, suites and villas that promises an idyllic beach holiday for families. Fronting 1.5-kilometres of private, honey-coloured sands and the azure Gulf waters, the resort places Middle Eastern heritage at the core of its character, its architecture and design evoking the opulence of a traditional Arabian palace. Facility-wise, the hotel offers a wealth of options, including five outdoor pools - the main saltwater pool boasts a poolside bar - plus an additional two swimming pools for children. There are also kids’ and teens’ clubs, nightly entertainment, group yoga and Pilates classes, and a water sports centre.

The resort’s core is arguably its lavish spa facility, an Ottoman-inspired oasis of tranquillity with nine treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room, a hammam offering both Turkish and Moroccan treatments plus a selection of indulgent spa treatments.
