The luxury four star plus Khaolak Merlin Resort is located within 15 acres of lush gardens and is framed by tropical forest and a 190 metres beach, ideal for a tranquil escape. There are four on site restaurants and bars, along with an a la carte room service. Facilities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, four swimming pools, a fitness centre, beauty salon and spa facilities. The resort offers a variety of board basis’ for guests including Half Board Plus, Full Board Plus and All Inclusive (available May – October, only). The resort is conveniently located close to a village with local shops, bars and spas, ideal for an evening stroll. The centre of Khao Lak is only 10 minutes away and Phuket International Airport is just a 50-minute drive.

    • Latest Updates

    The hotel has advised us of the following renovations:

    We wish to inform you of our upcoming renovation work, scheduled from 16 May 2026 to 15 September 2026. During this period, the Superior Pool will be closed for maintenance and 45 Superior Rooms will undergo a full renovation. This final batch will complete the renovation of all Superior Rooms.

    Please be assured that guests will be allocated to buildings completely separated from the work areas, ensuring minimal disturbance. The affected area is quite remote from the main resort facilities.

    The newly renovated Superior Rooms are expected to be available from 16 September 2026 onwards. All other hotel services and facilities will remain fully operational throughout the renovation.


    Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

    Starting 1 May 2025, all tourists entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online prior to arrival.

    Passengers must register and submit the TDAC within 72 hours (3 days) before their scheduled arrival in Thailand.
