    RENOVATIONS: 18 August - 10 October 2024

    We have been advised of the following by The Sands:

    Floating Market Restaurant: closed from 18 August – 10 October 2024
    Activity Room and Mango Bar: closed from 31 August – 10 October 2024

    We're adjusting the layout to add more games and fun atmosphere to the area and refurbishing the furniture to create an even more enjoyable space for our guests.

    Joy Zone Landscape: closed from 31 August – 15 September 2024
    Enhanced and expanded green garden space, creating a vibrant new area for your holiday.

    What is the Impact?

    To manage the impact, the following areas highlighted in yellow will also be closed:

    Adults Pool: 01 – 30 September 2024
    Wooden Bridge near the restaurant and activities room: 31 August – 10 October 2024
    Family Room (Lagoon building) and a small part of the Seaside Junior Suite’s building: 31 August – 10 October 2024

    The rest of the resort will remain fully operational, including the beachfront pool, the aqua wing pool, the fitness center, the spa, the water park, and the kid's club. 

    Two of our restaurants, Manta Ray and Talay Restaurants, will be open as usual for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
     
    Renovation work will take place from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. As most of the work will be done internally, we anticipate little to no noise disturbance elsewhere in the resort. We will also fence off the renovation area to ensure minimal visual disruption.
     
    Your comfort is our top priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests throughout the renovation period. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
