    Bandara Spa Resort & Pool Villas, Samui is planning to carry out upgrade & maintenance work on guest accommodation and service facilities during the coming low season period as detailed below:

    Facilities & Items
    The upgrade of Buffet Breakfast by-the-beach by expanding the existing Beach Bar.
    The extending and upgrade of terrace of Family Suites at building 5 and 6
    The improvement of the entrance of Garden Pool Villas
    The improvement and repair of Kid’s Pool

    Working Schedule
    Working Period: 01 October 2024 – 15 November 2024
    Length of Working Period: Approximately 07 Weeks
    Working Hours: 09:00 Hrs. – 18:00 Hrs.

    Impact
    All maintenance and improvement work are carried out lightly without using heavy machines onsite.
    During the maintenance period, Kid’s Pool and Beach Bar are temporarily closed and not available for service.
    A few guestrooms and villas under maintenance will be put on Out-of-Order status

    Solution
    Guests will assign accommodation units as away as possible from the maintenance site
    Guest Service Agents will be standing by to assist guests during the maintenance working hours
