At Rayavadee, we are dedicated to the thoughtful care of our resort. To ensure we continue to provide an exceptional experience and maintain our high standards of comfort, we are pleased to share our planned refurbishment projects for 2026.
Our team has carefully scheduled these works to minimize any disruption to the guest experience. Please find the details below and the attached resort map for your reference.
1. New Swimming Pool (Nam Mao Lawn Area)
- Period: 20 April – 20 July 2026
- Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Guest Experience: Guests may experience minor noise during specific phases of the project. To ensure a peaceful stay, the work area will be localized to the Nam Mao Lawn area and fully screened
with bamboo fencing. Furthermore, we will prioritize assigning guest rooms away from the work area.
- Noise and Dust Level:
20 April – 9 May 2026 ( 19 Days): Noise Level = 8/10, Dust Level = 6/10
9 May – 29 May 2026 ( 21 Days): Noise Level = 6/10, Dust Level = 4/10
After 29 May 2026: Noise level = 3/10
15 June – 6 July 2026 (22 Days): Noise Level = 7/10, Dust Level = 8/10
After completing: Noise Level = 3/10
2. Tennis Court (Artificial Grass Installation)
- Period: 1 August – 31 October 2026
- Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Guest Experience: The tennis courts will be unavailable during this time. As works are strictly confined to the court area, no other resort facilities will be affected.
3. Main Swimming Pool & Railay Zone Improvements
- Period: 10 August – 30 September 2026
- Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Facilities: The Main Swimming Pool and Raitalay Terrace Restaurant will be closed for scheduled improvements.
- Alternatives: Guests are invited to enjoy our newly completed swimming pool at the Nam Mao Lawn.
- Dining: All other dining venues remain fully operational, including Raya Dining (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), The Grotto (Lunch & Dinner), and Krua Phranang (Lunch & Dinner).
Krua Phranang Restaurant will be temporarily closed for essential repair on the kitchen's smoke ventilation system from April 16 – May 4, 2026, inclusive.
Please note that all beaches in Thailand are public, and that more picturesque locations like Railay Beach are popular with daytrippers, especially during weekends and busier holidays like Chinese New Year.Starting 1 May 2025, all tourists entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online prior to arrival.
