To ensure the continued maintenance and enhancement of our hotel facilities, we will be undertaking refurbishment of our facilities as follows.
Refurbishment Notice:
1st Project: Refurbishment of the walkway between Ai Waan Spa area and the Fitness Centre (March 2026)
Working Date March 1 – 12, 2026 (inclusive) Refurbishment of the walkway between Ai Waan Spa area and the Fitness
Working Hours 10:00 – 16:00 hrs Daily working time
Details:
- Dust Control: Protective measures will be in place to contain dust while work is conducted on the ceiling.
- Noise and Odour: We anticipate a minor noise level during the work. Please be advised there will also be a painting odour for a few days.
- Spa Operating Hours: During this period, Ai Waan Spa’ s operating hours will be rescheduled to 16:00 – 23:00 hrs.
2nd Project: Swimming Pool and Deck Refurbishment (June 2026)

Phase 1 June 1 – 8, 2026 (inclusive) The swimming pool and swimming pool deck will be closed.
Phase 2 June 9 – 30, 2026 (inclusive) The swimming pool will be reopened, but the deck area will remain closed.

Details:
High Noise Period (Jackhammer Drilling): There will be a high level of noise caused by floor drilling using a jackhammer for seven days, specifically from June 2 - 8, 2026, inclusive.
Low Noise Period: A low level of noise from cement work and floor tiling will occur on the deck area from June 9 - 30, 2026, inclusive.
Containment: A bamboo panel will be installed to close off the working area and protect against dust.
We will be installing flood gates at the resort from 10 March to 7 April 2026.
Work is scheduled daily between 10:00hrs and 16:00hrs. While some noise may occur periodically during these hours, we anticipate any disturbance to be minor. Our team remains fully dedicated to providing guests with exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
Starting 1 May 2025, all tourists entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online prior to arrival.
Passengers must register and submit the TDAC within 72 hours (3 days) before their scheduled arrival in Thailand.
