Day 2-4: Entebbe - Murchison Falls NP

Today sees you taking an early departure onwards to Murchison Falls National Park. It is a 5-6 hour drive, however the drive is picturesque with changing flora and - you'll pass small villages where the locals will wave as you pass.
Spend the next two days exploring the Murchison Falls whilst on a river cruise. You will also take a cruise in the delta for game viewing and bird watching.

Day 5-6: Murchison Falls - Kibale Forest

Today is a full days’ drive (7-8 hours) toward Kibale Forest.
Kibale's ancient forest supports a vast mixture of flora and fauna. It is most noted for its primates which are the red-tailed monkey, diademed monkey, olive baboon, chimpanzee, black and white colobus. Two nights here give you the opportunity to do chimpanzee trekking.

Day 7-8: Kibale Forest - Queen Elizabeth NP

This morning will be an early start following breakfast for a 3-hour drive down to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Queen Elizabeth National Park is set in the Great Rift Valley which is home to a huge variety of wildlife such as Lion, Hyena, Elephant, Hippo and Buffalo.
Spend today and the following day going on game drives and exploring the diversity of having a riverine and savannah habitat. The park stretches to Southern Ishasha and the Northern Mweya area which runs along the equator.
Following breakfast and a short stop at the community project at Ishasha Village you will make your way on a 2 -3 hour drive down to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Spend the next day or two trekking into the forest in search of the endangered mountain gorillas. Spending time with these magnificent animals is truly inspiring and extremely valuable.
During your stay in Buhoma you can chose to either do a gorilla trek or two but please let us know at time of booking as we will need to purchase the permits.
