Dominating the scenery on Union Square, this heritage building has long been a local landmark. Inside, grand decor and broad staircases transport you back in time to San Francisco's golden age.
With a proud position on Union Square, this landmark hotel occupies a prime location in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Built in 1904, The Westin St. Francis has a long and illustrious history which is reflected in the décor and details of the hotel today. Step into the immaculate lobby and feel the sense of history around you, capped off by the hotel’s famous clock which has long been a meeting place for locals and visitors alike.
The Westin St. Francis has plenty of great modern amenities like the Renew Spa and the fitness studio, there are also two estaurants to choose from allowing guests to dine in the traditional setting of the Oak Room, or head to Bourbon Steak where Chef Michael Mina serves fantastic local ingredients, seafood and steak. For light bites and a coffee head to Caruso’s, and in the evening catch up with friends over a cocktail in the Clock Bar. Rooms in the Landmark Wing are in the oldest part of the building and each room varies slightly in shape and size. The more modern Tower Building offers more standardised rooms and the option to upgrade to a higher floor for spectacular city views.
