Please kindly note that Fontainebleau Miami Beach is currently carrying out a phased redevelopment of its outdoor pool deck. The construction schedule is expected to continue through the end of Q1 2027. Protective and graphic fencing installation is scheduled to begin shortly. At that time, the Kids’ Pool will close, while the Oasis Pool, South Cabanas, and Sea Green Lawn will also be temporarily closed. Construction works are currently scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. During this period, some pools, restaurants, and hotel amenities may be temporarily relocated or adjusted as works progress.

Kid’s Pool: permanently closed and will be demolished

Oasis Pool: closed during this renovation

South Cabanas: closed

Sea Green Lawn: closed

Outdoor Pool Deck: under redevelopment with phased construction

Guests will continue to have access to the following facilities during the renovation:

Main Signature Bowtie Pool, Sorrento Tower Pool, Tresor Tower Pool, Arkadia Pool (now open to all guests every day, with the adults-only restriction removed).

In addition, the beach area is being expanded with extra lounge chairs, games, children's activities, volleyball, and other recreational facilities to enhance the guest experience during the works. There may be noise/ visual disturbances.
