With its own tavern and just a handful of rooms, this delightful property sits at the entrance to Cape Cod.
At the gateway to Cape Cod sits the town of Sandwich, the oldest town on the cape. From this historic property guests area ideally placed to discover a charming region that was first settled in the 1600s. The area’s English heritage is still very apparent, from the pretty village pond to the flowering front gardens, which combined with the white steepled church and sweeping bay makes for one of the most picturesque towns in Massachusetts. The Dan’l Webster Inn is a historic property but still has plenty to keep the modern holidaymaker entertained. In the warmer months guests can take a dip in the heated outdoor pool and stroll through the inn’s beautiful gardens. There is also a Beach Plum Spa at the property. The acclaimed restaurant has become a local favourite and serves an array of dishes through their four distinct dining rooms, or outside. For a more relaxed evening enjoy a drink or two at the cosy Tavern at the Inn. Bedrooms retain the building’s sense of heritage with grand, carved furniture. As there are only 48 rooms we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.
