My Favourite Destination

If I had to pick a favourite destination, the Maldives would take the top spot. It is our go-to for pure barefoot luxury. There’s just something so calming about island life; walking barefoot from the beach to the bungalow, swimming with rays in crystal-clear water, and feeling completely switched off from the outside world. It’s where we feel the most present as a family.

Why do you love working in travel?

I love working in travel because I get to talk about and learn about different places every day. It keeps things exciting and always leaves me inspired to plan my next adventure.

What's the one item you always take with you?

UNO always comes with us - it's a solid family favourite.

My Top Bucket List Destination

Sri Lanka is right at the top of our travel bucket list. We’re finally heading there next year, and one of the things we’re most excited about is the chance to spot leopards in the wild - something that’s top of my daughter’s wish list. With its rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and incredible wildlife, it feels like the perfect mix of everything we love about travel. We can’t wait to experience it together.

My Most Recent Work Trip

My most recent work trip took me to Abu Dhabi and Dubai - a whirlwind few days packed with hotel visits, incredible hospitality and a taste of the luxury these destinations are known for. We got to experience such a diverse mix of properties. It was a fast-paced trip, but a great reminder of how much the right hotel can elevate the whole travel experience.

My Favourite Hotel

I have been lucky enough to stay in some amazing places around the world, but my favourite hotel so far has to be Emerald Maldives. There is just something about the laidback barefoot luxury, the incredible service and those crystal-clear waters that makes it feel like pure paradise. It is the kind of place that really sticks with you long after you’ve left.
