Eudovic’s Art Studio
Established in 1975, Eudovic’s Art Studio in the island’s northwestern region is dedicated to showcasing the extraordinary wood carving skills of local artist Joseph Eudovic. The gallery displays some of his finest creations, all of which use local wood – such as the now extinct Laurier Canelle. Joseph still sources this wood via old stumps in the forests, as well as mahogany, teak and both red and white cedar. You can check out his and other wood sculptors’ work by paying a visit to the gallery, with a selection of artefacts also available for sale from the adjoining boutique – perfect for picking up a holiday souvenir.
