global destinations continues to operate smoothly, with strong demand and
regular flight schedules.
The latest airline policies and FCDO advice are being
monitored closely, and all affected bookings are being reviewed with care. Your
wellbeing remains the priority, and arrangements are being managed responsibly
as the situation evolves.
Customers travelling within the next seven days are
currently being contacted in strict departure‑date order. If your trip falls within
this window and no update has yet been received, one will be issued very
shortly.
For later departures, it remains too early to know
whether travel plans will be affected. Our standard cancellation policy, as
outlined in our Terms & Conditions, therefore continues to apply. The ability
to cancel without charges is only available once it becomes clear that a trip
cannot reasonably proceed safely and without significant disruption.
Updates will be provided closer to your travel date, as decisions can only be
made on bookings within the seven‑day window and support must be prioritised
for those with the most immediate travel needs.
For customers whose travel is more than seven days away
and who would prefer to adjust their plans rather than cancel, flexible options
are being made available. Support is being offered to rebook to a later date or
to an alternative destination, and for those who are not yet sure where they
would like to travel, a credit can be placed on file for future use. If you

by phone. These measures are intended to provide additional reassurance and
flexibility while the situation continues to evolve.
