About Txai Resort
Txai Resort is an exclusive eco resort with only a few bungalows and residences scattered through the lush grounds, ensuring for as minimal an impact on the environment as possible. Just 15km from Itacare, this Brazilian escape along the rugged Bahian shore offers emerald green waters and a year-long warm temperature with plenty of coconut palm studded sand for lazy days in the sunshine.
Soak up the romance of Brazil with moonlit dinners, Shamash healing rituals at the spa and authentic Brazilian cuisine at the resort’s restaurants. Or get local and absorb the Bahian culture – one of the richest in Brazil – with nightlife and carnivals or simply explore the incredible natural beauty of the surrounds with nature trails, waterfall excursions and a tour to a local cocoa farm where you can discover how chocolate is made from bean to bar – tasting included, of course! The Superior Hill Bungalow is built on stilts and offers a private balcony with an outdoor shower. Four of these bungalows are located on the hillside and offer a view of the ocean.
The Superior Beach Bungalow is built on stilts in the gardens and offers a private balcony with an outdoor shower just 50 metres from the beach.
The Luxury Bungalow is built on stilts in the gardens and offers a private balcony with chaise lounges.
The Premium Bungalow is the most sophisticated. Built on stilts on the hillside, it offers more privacy and a view of the ocean and forest.
The Luxo Apartments are located on beach level and are built on blocks of four horizontal apartments. They have wonderful ocean views.
The Luxury Mezzanine Apartments are semi-detached apartments built on stilts and have a large private balcony. They have stunning views of the ocean.
The Superior Apartments are built on stilts with a private balcony. They are on blocks of four horizontal apartments. They have wonderful ocean views.
