The Sunday Walking Street Market, known locally as Lard Yai, is a must-visit during your stay. Held every Sunday along Thalang Road in Phuket Old Town, it opens at around 4 pm and runs into the evening, making it the perfect spot to browse local handicrafts, pick up souvenirs, and sample authentic street food.

Another highlight is the Phuket Big Buddha, officially named Phra Phutta Ming Mongkol Akenakakiri. Standing 45 metres high on Nakkerd Hill between Kata and Chalong, the white marble statue is one of the island’s most iconic landmarks, offering panoramic views over Phuket Town, Kata, Karon, and Chalong Bay.
