    Please be informed that Eastern & Oriental Hotel, Penang – Suites in the Victory Annexe will undergo refurbishment from 01 Jun 2024 till 31 May 2025.

    During the refurbishment period, work will commence floor by floor from 1000-1800 hrs daily. The floor being refurbished will be sealed off which guests will not have access to that particular floor. Soft refurbishment include replacing of wallpaper, changing of soft furnishings, grinding of floor, paintworks, polishing of marble in washroom and rewiring works. Hotel will try their level best to minimise the noise disturbance to guests.

    During the refurbishment period, all other facilities are remain available and operating.

    The Hotel has advised us of the following renovation works:

    RE: VICTORY ANNEXE ACCOMMODATION SUITES – CONTINUATION OF REFURBISHMENT WORKS

    Period : From 01ST APRIL – 30TH SEPTEMBER 2025
    Hours : 10:00 – 18:00

    Areas : Accommodation suites (Level 10, 11, 12 & 15)

    Kindly be informed that as part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, we will be undertaking refurbishment works on the accommodation suites in the Victory Annexe.

    During the refurbishment period, work will commence floor by floor 10:00 – 18:00 daily until 30th September 2025.

    Please rest assured that we will be taking the necessary precautions to ensure that possible noise disturbances are kept to a minimum.

    Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)


    UK Passport Holders must fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card to enter Malaysia within 3 days before arrival. 

    You should complete this before you travel as it may be requested at check-in. You do not need to complete the arrival form if you are not passing through immigration.
