Whatever its origins, an entirely natural, private peninsula was created in Malta and is now the exclusive home of this wonderful five-star hotel. Recently renovated and named the leading resort in Malta by The World Travel Awards, there is truly something for everyone here. Simply relax and unwind, cooled by sea breezes, on a private stretch of coast, gazing out to the Mediterranean. There are two private lidos leading into the deeper waters of the sea and beachside dining, if you would rather soak up the atmosphere without getting actually soaked. Relaxation can also take the form of wandering around the landscaped gardens, this could be en route to the spa for a treatment, or perhaps a few laps of the pool (but will you choose indoor or out?) For those with a bit more energy, there are watersports, bikes hire or you could simply hit the modern gym to stay in shape, or at least work off some of the incredible food. For the kids in this family friendly hotel, there is a dedicated club, while all can benefit from healthy eating options at the on-site restaurants. Certainly not for the kids is a trip to the casino at night, whether to take part or simply pose with a dry martini.
