    Please be advised that Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos will be undergoing a programme of renovations as per the following calendar : 

    • June 1 – March 22, 2025: Tower B will be completely closed as 232 rooms and bathrooms are fully renovated. Although these rooms are out of inventory, we expect heavy noise in the first nine weeks. A portion of rooms have been released into inventory.


    The areas listed above will be operating as usual outside of the timeframe listed and will not affect all travelers.
