Please be advised that Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos will be undergoing a programme of renovations as per the following calendar :
April 20 – October 23, 2024: Construction is taking place on a new Fitness Center and no disruption is anticipated for guests as the old fitness center will remain open for use May 23 2024 – March 22 2025: Tower B will be completely closed as 232 rooms and bathrooms are fully renovated. Although these rooms are out of inventory, we expect heavy noise in the first nine weeks
May 23 – September 28, 2024: The Business Center in the lobby will be open but guests can expect noise and dust (from 9AM to 6PM) as a new Business Center and Lobby Bar are being built within the main lobby.
May 23, 2024 – March 22, 2025: Tower B will be completely closed as 232 rooms and bathrooms are fully renovated. Although these rooms are out of inventory, we expect heavy noise in the first nine weeks
May 23, 2024 – March 22, 2025: The Water Park will be closed
May 27 – October 29, 2024: The port cochere will be upgraded and noise and dust should be expected.
June 3, 2024 – December 16, 2024: The convention center foyer will be expanded and there will be dust and noise. Events and weddings are being rescheduled but leisure guests should not be affected. Breakout rooms will be closed on specific dates during this time
June 1 – March 22, 2025: Pool snack bar Coco Loco will be under construction. Noise and dust are expected but snacks and drinks will still be offered poolside.
June 1 – March 22, 2025: While Zaffiro—the Italian restaurant—will be closed. Italian cuisine will be available at the Cortez restaurant during this time
June 10 – December 12, 2024: The Teen Club will be expanded and it will be closed for guests. Entertainment for all ages will be available around the main pool.
June 10 – December 19, 2024: The Kidz Club will be renovated and a temporary KidZ Club will open in a meeting room and children’s programming will still be offered during this time.
July 22 – December 9, 2024: A new Indian dining outlet is being built in the lobby bar area and noise and dust is to be expected.
The areas listed
above will be operating as usual outside of the timeframe listed and will not
affect all travelers. Guests should understand that there will be work
within the hotel’s lobby.
