Important Note: From the 15th April through to 15th December 2024, the property will close for a extensive renovation project. This will include new design of the guest rooms and enhancements to the restaurants.

There is a mandatory tourist tax that must be paid of MXN241 (approximately USD12) per person, for all travellers aged 15 years and over. Payment can be made before or during your stay. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. This can be done by visiting the following website https://www.visitax.gob.mx/sitio/. You will be asked to provide the name, age, departure date and passport number for each traveller. Families or Groups can make one payment if each person is listed on the form.

A mandatory ecology tax of approximately MXN67.35(approximately USD3.50-USD4.00) per room per night is payable locally to the hotel on check in or check out. Charges are subject to change without notice.
