Es Saadi Hotel

When the Rollin’ Stones stayed in Marrakech, they stayed at Es Saadi Hotel. They found no lack of satisfaction. More recently, when Leonardo Di Caprio visited the city he too stayed at Es Saadi. We can’t guarantee you will bump into any A-listers, but, if you judge a hotel by its guests, then clearly this is a resort for those used to the highest standards. There are wonderful facilities, but first we must talk of the gardens, for here there are eight hectares with palm and banana trees, olive groves, a swimming pools and the sounds of abundant bird life. Within these gardens you will find tranquil, secret spots, but also restaurants, the casino and the wonderful entertainment including its own Theatro nightclub. The resort’s spa facilities have been named best in the Middle East and North Africa, the food listed as being among the top 500 places to eat anywhere on the planet. Nearby Marrakech, with its rich history, is waiting to be explored, so too the Atlas Mountains offer trekking adventures, but the resort itself has history to rival them both. Across more than 70 years, guests have come seeking relaxation, but they have also sought to experience being ‘the contented one’, the translation of the hotel’s name. Much has stayed the same, the opulent feel and curated artworks, but this is a resort that has also moved with the times, offering cutting edge facilities. Will you see Leo towelling off after a few quick lengths? It’s hard to say. Will you become the ‘contented one’? It’s guaranteed.
