Haritha Village and Spa is highly exclusive, incredibly luxurious and stunningly opulent. It is a remarkable place to stay. There are just seven villas here and two colonial style mansions, whichever you choose you will have a private pool, generous space in which to relax and the services of a personal butler. Personal is a word that infuses everything here. Dinner is not from a set menu, it is catered to your individual desires, each and every night. You can enjoy a personal health programme, led by an Ayurvedic doctor exclusively available to Haritha guests. This can then shape your spa treatments as every part of you is renewed. The mansions are both more than 450 square metres, the pools at 86 square metres larger than most rooms in five-star hotels. Inside both the mansions and the villas the feel is of classic elegance in keeping with Sri Lanka’s heritage - but with all modern conveniences subtly worked in. Villas are spread around the beautiful grounds, each group luxuriating in their own little haven of paradise. You can, however, come together around the main pool, perhaps for a favourite cocktail, or to enjoy some great company as you embark on a culinary adventure. Should you leave Haritha you can watch turtles hatching, go surfing, explore Galle Fort or venture into lush rainforest. Your butler can arrange everything, and it would be a shame to miss all of those experiences, yet staying in the resort will be so tempting.
