Heritance Tea Factory

The Heritance Tea Factory is set high in the mountains with breathtaking 360-degree views. It is, as the name suggests, a beautifully modernised former Tea Factory whose original features create a stunning experience. The huge windows and high ceilings, designed to aid in the drying of tea, now create rooms with beauty outside and the highest standards of colonial luxury inside. The views will also inspire you to explore. Set out on foot or by bike to explore the tea plantations, or venture on wonderful excursions including visiting Ella, the Nine Arch Bridge and the Ravana Waterfall. Guided walks will take you to reserves and plains, there are 53 species of bird to view, or a more sedate day can be spent tea tasting, or simply being pampered with High Tea. Back at base, there are modern facilities, superb dining, a modern spa with relaxing treatments and even a playground for little explorers.
