New England; A place of natural beauty, history and inspiration

Journey from historic Boston to the famed Maine coastline, where the beautiful Acadia National Park provides hiking and photo opportunities aplenty. From there you will travel through the awe-inspiring White Mountains of New Hampshire and on to Vermont, with its remote natural beauty. Heading South through Massachusetts you'll arrive at the coastal town of Newport, Rhode Island before finally unwinding for a few days amongst the sweeping beaches and coastal communities of Cape Cod.

Day 1 & 2 (Arrival and overnight in Boston)

As far as historic cities go, Boston, Massachusetts is right up there. It fact, Boston is more than a century older than the United States itself and has played host to some of the most significant events in American history. Boston is a city well known for its sports too, and with no fewer than 7 professional sports teams calling Boston their home, there is no better place to catch a game whilst in the United States.

Place of Interest: The Freedom Trail; a 2.5 mile, red lined route running throughout Boston and connects 16 of the most historical sites in American history. Follow the path and discover the USS Constitution - the oldest commissioned warship in the world, America’s oldest public park ‘Boston Common, and the ‘Old State House’ to name just a few.

Day 4 & 5 (Kennebunkport to Bar Harbor - 201 Mi)

Bar Harbor has long been a premier destination for those of us wishing to discover the beauty of New England. Once home to the largest hotel in North America and Millionaires’ Row, where the summer estates of America’s elite families lined the streets; this coastal town is surrounded by Acadia National Park and offers easy access to numerous hiking trails and rock climbing on Cadillac Mountain.
