  • The Apsara This is at the very centre of Jetwing Vil Uyana’s fine dining experience specialising in a la cart service in both eastern and western cuisine. The views across the water from here are superb.
  • The Sulang An unusual and unique bar serving light snacks and a large selection of drinks. The name ‘sulang’ means ‘breeze’ and that is the context; relaxing on the lake, with cocktails or the finest wine from the cellars.
  • Graffiti Bar
    Enjoy Sri Lankan specialties or international favourites. Tranquillity is to be found beside a soporific lotus pool; there is really nothing for you to do here but wind down, loosen up and have fun.
