Get outside and get moving in Utah! Winters here were made for skiing and snow sports, with as many as 10 resorts just an hours’ drive from Salt Lake City. When the snow thaws there’s mountain biking the 100-mile White Rim Road, climbing and hiking in the national parks – test your nerve in the slot canyons or head to the top of Angel’s Landing. Or leave the world behind with a sunrise hot air balloon rise or simply look up and admire the Milky Way from Arches National Park.

Visit Utah for an All-American dining experience. Think high street diners serving up signature Utah classics from pastrami burgers with a side of fries covered in fry sauce and ‘funeral’ potatoes, a baked casserole dish that’s a staple at family gatherings.
